What is MailSpeaking.com?
MailSpeaking.com lets you access your E-Mails from any phone. Call from your Cell, Home or Office Phone. Even VoIP Phones and Skype. Dead Cell Phone? Call from the nearest Pay Phone. The choice is yours.

How does it work?
You register the E-Mail accounts that you would like to check through your phone. For accessing the E-Mails, call '1-510-Get-9-liaM' [1-510-438-9542] form any phone and authenticate yourself. We contact your Mail Server, get the mail and read them out to you using Text To Speech.

Does it work with my carrier?
MailSpeaking works with all carriers.

Can I only call from My Cell phone?
You can call from any phone. Registration requires a unique phone number that only you will use.

Do I need a Data Plan?
No. You do not even need Text messaging capability.

Can I share the phone?
We use your phone number for identifying you. So a unique phone number is required and verified. If someone else successfully completes the verification on the same number, that number will be assigned to the new User. and your account will be disabled. But the account is not deleted or shared. So you can reclaim the number by starting a new verification process.

How much does it Cost?
We do not charge for the services. Your carrier may charge per your normal voice calling plan.

What is the Catch?
There is no catch. The Free version is Ad supported. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so we'll try our best to keep the ads to a minimum and respect your interests.

Will it be Free after the Beta period?
We plan to keep a Free version of the service even after the Beta period. You will get at least 30 days advance notice and a way to opt out for any changes to your account that will require you to pay.

Do I have to give my Credit Card info?
For using the free service no credit card information is needed.

Is the Registration open to anyone?
Our Beta servers have limited capacity. So Beta registration will be closed after we reach the limit.

Which E-Mail accounts do you support?
If your Mail Server supports POP or IMAP, chances are we support them. For your convenience some popular Web Based E-Mails are also supported. The best way to find out is to qualify the email address here.

What is your Privacy Policy?
The privacy policy is outlined in the Terms of Service. In summary, We do not share personally identifying information about you to any third parties without your consent. But use information we collect to match Offers that may be of interest to you.

How do I access my E-Mails?
You access your E-Mails by calling 1-510-Get-9-liaM [1-510-438-9542].

Is there a toll free number to Access my Account?
To provide the service Free, we are not providing a toll free number at this time. Most of our users have at least some unused minutes or a plan that allows free minutes at least during some part of the day.

Isn't it dangerous to use the Cell Phone while driving?
It is. Please do not use the service in a way that may be harmful to yourself or others. Please abide by all applicable laws. If you should use the service while driving, use it with a hands free device.

Can I have multiple E-Mail accounts?
Yes. After the phone verification, you can login to your account and Add/Delete as many accounts as you want and set the order in which they are checked.

Can I get notified when I receive a mail from a particular person?
You can set up rules so that you are notified on all mails/no mails/from a particular person/having a particular subject/...

Can I reply to an E-Mail?
You can record your voice reply and send it as an attachment in the Reply E-Mail.

Can I forward an E-Mail?
You can forward the E-Mail to people in your Address Book.

How do I get rid of the Ads?
In the paid version there will not be any ads.

Is my information Safe with you?
We use Access restricted Secure Data Centers so that your information is safe with us. We also use Industry standard SSL while transmitting sensitive data like passwords to our servers. The passwords are always stored encrypted so that even in the unlikely event that someone gains access to our databases, it won't be easy to access them.

How do I Navigate between Messages?
Remember these three keys as if you are playing a VCR:

To jump to a particular message, enter its Message Number while a message is playing.

How do I Navigate between Multiple Email Accounts?
While the system says:

'You have -- Messages in your --- Account',
Press '#' to go to the next Email Account. Press '*' to go to the previous Email Account.
