How do I do this? I cannot find options page or get to a user interface for this. No links / nothing.

This functionality is currently not available in the Beta.

This functionality is available now.
To setup Notification Rules go to this link:
https://secure.mailspeaking.com/v/rules.jsp
(This link is also available on the left hand side menu after you Login to your Account.)
- Check 'Enable Notification'
- Select a notification type from the dropdown
- Customize the notification rule by entering your own keywords and email addresses
- Save the Rule
- Make sure that 'Enable Notification' and the rule is enabled.
Save Settings.
